STTWA will be teaming up with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection on Tuesday, September 14, 2025 to bring Barbour County's first Water Festival to 5th grade students from Philippi Elementary, Kasson Elementary, and Belington Middle Schools. We're excited to provide this exciting learning opportunity that will enhance these students' knowledge of our watershed!
